چکیده

The production of indole acetic acid (IAA) is a significant property rhizospheric bacteria to stimulate and promote plant growth. In this investigation, acid-producing from the rhizosphere five distinct plants (Wheat, Gulchen, Rose, Lady Finger, Bouginvella) were isolated characterized. Bacterial strains identified by morphological characterization. Out 30 bacterial isolates, 5 isolates selected as efficient producers Indole acid. These subjected several biochemical tests for identification at genus level. After determination genus, antibiotic sensitivity test was performed check resistance pattern each isolate against antibiotics. Selected characterized using molecular techniques. DNA extracted WizPrepTMg mini kit amplification 16S rRNA gene done PCR. Amplification PCR product confirmed agarose gel electrophoresis. From tests, Klebsiella spp., E. coli, Bacillus sp. tested positive. spp. showed 87, 88, 81, 91, 100, 90, 87% enrofloxacin, gentamycin, penicillin, ampicillin, chlotetracyclin, tylosine, oxytetracycline, amoxicillin, respectively. coli 80, 79, 84, 86, 82, 89% amoxicillin respectively whereas 93, 89 100% shown All these found positive pneumonia RY6, oxytoca strain RY8, RY10, Escherichia RY20, tequilensis RY23. It concluded that synthesizing IAA considered an effective tool isolation characterization have role in promoting

Isolation of Plant-growth Promoting Bacteria from Fumigated Soils

Soil fumigation induces an ‘increased growth response’ (IGR) in crops of about 35%, even in soils with low pathogen and weed pressures (1). Populations of Pseudomonads and other bacteria increase in fumigated soils as soon as 2-wks after treatment (2). Some Pseudomonads can stimulate plant yields through the production of siderophores, growth promoting substances and by the suppression of soil-...

Isolation and characterization of plant growth-promoting bacteria from Syrian bean caper (Zygophyllum fabago) rhizosphere

Some rhizobacteria have positive effects on plants growth. Syrian bean-caper (Zygophyllum fabago) is a weed plant with medicinal value. This study was conducted to isolate and identify bacteria from Syrian bean-caper rhizosphere. Characteristics associated with plant growth stimulation, such as phosphate and zinc dissolution, production of Indole acetic acid and antifungal activity, were invest...

Isolation and Characterization of Plant Growth Promoting Antagonistic Bacteria from Cotton and Sugarcane Plants for Suppression of Phytopathogenic Fusarium Species

Background: Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria (PGPR) may be utilized to augment plant growth and suppress the plant pathogens. Objective: The present study was conducted to isolate and characterize the antagonistic bacteria indigenous to cotton and sugarcane rhizosphere in Pakistan, and to evaluate their ability to suppress phytopathogenic Fusarium spp. Out of 63 is...

Isolation and characterization of plant growth promoting endophytic bacteria from the rhizome of Zingiber officinale

Endophytes, by residing within the specific chemical environment of host plants, form unique group of microorganisms. Microbially unexplored medicinal plants can have diverse and potential microbial association. The rhizome of ginger is very remarkable because of its metabolite richness, but the physiological processes in these tissues and the functional role of associated microorganisms remain...

Plant growth-promoting bacteria as inoculants in agricultural soils.

Plant-microbe interactions in the rhizosphere are the determinants of plant health, productivity and soil fertility. Plant growth-promoting bacteria (PGPB) are bacteria that can enhance plant growth and protect plants from disease and abiotic stresses through a wide variety of mechanisms; those that establish close associations with plants, such as the endophytes, could be more successful in pl...
